Jennifer Riley - Neighborhood Superstar! If you're like us you move only occasionally. The process of finding, negotiating, purchasing and closing on a new home can be daunting. Jen Riley supported us through this process par excellence! She is smart, knowledgable concerning this area, and very responsive. Even further, she became a trusted friend during the process.

I want to particularly note her calm patience during our home search. We let Jen know, up front, that we had time and would take our time. We were careful not to waste Jen's time when we were still "kicking tires", but she was a great help in clarifying our expectations and desires. Then, as we got more serious, Jen turned up the focus. Based on our initial reviews we were able to quickly converge and find the right place.

There are many Realtors clamoring for you business. Make sure you don't just respond to the loudest or the most persistent/obnoxious. Pick a real winner - Pick Jennifer Riley!

Experienced, Available, Knowledgable. Jen was incredibly helpful for us both in selling our townhouse, and buying our first single family home. With her help we sold our townhome in 48 hours for over asking. She was always available to answer our questions and help negotiate with builders in the buying process. She is thoughtful along the way and helped us enjoy the experience. She is especially good if you are working with physician loans, and can help connect you to great lenders. 10/10 recommend!

Jen͏ was willing to talk about the sale of our home and what we needed to be done to prepare it early on which paid off for all of us as we ended up listing it several months earlier than expected (as we found the house we wanted to buy elsewhere early on). She helped us show our property in the best light, negotiate the nuances of the concessions we wanted from the buyer to ease things for our next purchase and get the best offer out of several competing offers.

We met Jen Riley spring of 2021 when we first learned we would be relocating to beautiful Colorado from Florida. As a new physician and PA, we had spent plenty of time learning but 0% of our education included how to buy a home, how to get a loan lender, how to manage a mortgage, what an appraisal was, what a home inspection was, etc… this is where Jen was a ROCKSTAR! She was so patient with us and addressed all of our questions no matter how silly they might have been. She held our hands through the whole process. If you are looking for a realtor who is going to advocate for you, look no further! Jen was prompt, kind, and so professional. She was available for us at all times which was so nice given our crazy schedules. Jen fought hard for us with each offer we put in and encouraged us to stay positive when an offer didn’t work out in this fickle market. She was an expert on our loan “Physician Loans” and was able to use her knowledge to give us a competitive edge in an otherwise imposible market. We are so grateful for Jen and her partner Colleen Sophia.

Jen was amazing throughout the entire process of us buying our first home. Since it was our first home purchase, we were a little nervous and did not know a lot of things but Jen would always ask the right questions, things we may have never thought about. She was always there through the entire process, for pre-construction, dry-wall meeting, final walk-through, closing, and any meetings in between, she was always there to assist with anything.
