Jen did a great job. Most of my questions were answered in terms I could understand. My husband and I did have a problem getting the earnest money in the time frame that Jen wanted, but we finally got it paid and everything went smoothly after that. Jen knows her stuff and helps you along the way with everything so you are not overwhelmed.
Signing electronically on all the documents up until closing was the easiest and fastest way to get things done.

Jen contacted me immediately and came right out to get things started in selling my home. She made everything easy and smooth. I joked that what I really wanted was the stars to align and sell my house and but another in one day so that I could just make one move. She actually made this starts align and that's exactly what I did. Jen was there taking care of any hiccup and assuring me things would all work out. And she has an awesome name...lol. Thank you Jen for going the extra mile as I payed with my childhood home and found my perfect new home!
