We first found Jen in 2015 when we decided to downsize. She had the photographer out the day after we signed with her. We started getting showings as soon as it was on MLS. Jen does a great job of letting buyer's agents know what she is listing. We sold in under a month! She also helped us find a smaller jome on more land- just what we wanted! We called her again when it was time to sell my mother's home. She showed the same sense of urgency and gave us multiple offers within a week. Jen Seliski-Talbott is a great agent! We were very lucky to have her helping us sell and buy our homes.

Jen helped us through the process of buying our first house, and she was awesome! She gave us insight on the housing market, and she was quick to set up a house tour when we showed her houses we were interested in. When we closed on our house, she was able to get them to cover some closing costs, which is almost unheard of in this current market.

Jen is AMAZING!! She got us 8 offers on our house in the first weekend it was listed! When our first deal fell through, she had the back up offer under contract within an hour. And when that deal had a hiccup, she worked all day long to help our buyers get their financing together so the transaction could proceed as planned. On the buying end, she fought for us to get needed repairs done on our new home in a timely manner. She really went to bat for us to make sure we got everything done! I cannot say enough good things about Jen. She is a wonderful person with a huge heart and also hands down the best agent EVER, she will guide you through every step of the buying and selling process, she will answer your anxious texts at all hours of the night or day, and she will make sure you end up in the house of your dreams!!

Jen was an absolute God-send! We were trying to sell our house for sale by owner and becoming exhausted by the process. She took over, and made the transition as smooth as possible and gave me a knew hope to access new buyers. Her communication throughout the entire process was realistic and always prompt. I always felt valued as a client and in the loop with what was going on with potential buyers. We went through a few loops trying to get the house sold, and I will say she preserved and in the end got a higher value than I expected we would for the house. I honestly can't say enough about how amazing Jen is!!
First, she is honest & fair. If you are looking to sell your home she will give you a check list of "gotta do's" that will help your home sell faster. They aren't unreasonable and if followed put you a step ahead of other homes.
Second, she knows her market! Listen to what she says to price at.
Third, be ready to sell fast & move.
Fourth, Jen is there for you every step of the way! Through all the ups, downs, & in betweens. She's truly amazing!
We had 14 showings in 4 days & by the 4th day were under contract.
The house we were going to buy the contract fell through on at the last minute. My husband and I were scared. We'd already sold our house & had 2 weeks to move & now no place to go. But Jen was on it and within 12 hours we had found a home better than the first! My dream land & home. Through all the tears, fears, stress, and giggles Jen was there. We couldn't have done it without her and her amazing team!!
