I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JEN. Jen helped me to sell multiple properties at a time when the real estate market was cooling. Besides the less than ideal market conditions, I was living out of town - making it difficult to coordinate inspections, repairs, etc. Throughout this whole process I was blown away by Jen's tenacity and willingness to do whatever was necessary to keep things moving forward. She regularly volunteered to meet with contractors, helped to navigate the intricacies of HOA requirements, etc. She also has a large network of connections with different trades (everything from roofing and pressure washing to house cleaning and landscaping) that she's able to call on to help get things done quickly. In short, Jen's help extended way beyond just securing buyers. She took a lot of weight off my shoulders throughout the entire selling process. Besides all of this, she knows the market, has good people skills, and does a great job with pricing and negotiation strategy. I will be recommending her to friends in San Diego and would gladly work with her again in the future.

Jennifer Slocum was a blessing to have as our agent in many ways in selling our home! From the beginning, she was very understanding of our unique needs and requests. She took amazing and prompt initiative throughout the whole complex process. She came in $500,000-600,000 higher than another agent we interviewed and was correct when we had the appraisal! She never skipped a beat and put in extra effort required with dealing with a difficult buyer. She handled it professionally and despite the buyer issues, she advocated for us and closed on time. Through all the grueling ups and downs she always kept us on track, with in this crazy market. I can’t thank her enough for the beautiful house We recently purchased. When we first started the journey, we put a bid in on one of the first places we liked. Took like 3 weeks to get a response. In the mean time she continued to help us find a place that we loved and felt home in! After searching through several more places and her working with us on a day to day basis, answering the call or text every time, Zillow finally came back 3 weeks later and accepted our offer! From there it was we had some ups and downs with the Zillow closing team but she took care of us and now we’re living in the home that we love!! Thank you Jen, you were wonderful to work with!!

In a market where properties were selling within a day from listing, we gave Jennifer some very specific criteria for our new home and she nailed it. She provided expert advice to help us negotiate a great deal in a seller's market and also teamed us with a great lender that made the entire process easy. Jennifer was able to find us a larger home than we initially set out to buy at a great price point and was able to close the deal in a stress free 30 day escrow. Amazing. Amazing. AMAZING!!! Can not truly put into words how thankful we were for Jen and her guiding us on the path of home ownership. It was a roller coaster to say the least. When we finally found our house, the seller and sellers agent were difficult if not down right impossible to work with. Jen went above and beyond time and time again dealing with the awful listing agent and her antics. Jen was there ensuring that we got the house, the inspections, repairs, and timelines all met. To take things a step further, when the listing agent was failing the seller, Jen stepped up to the plate and showed the seller the grace and kindness she needed helping her get thru the difficult time she was having. There needs to be more agents like Jen, she’s here to help make your dream of becoming a home owner a reality, you’re not just another client to her. Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She helped us find the perfect comprise of a house between myself and my husband’s tastes. When he was away at sea she helped me get through the closing process and get all of the necessary documents needed. I felt like I could call or text her at anytime and she would always respond.
