Jennifer Smude

Jen has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2004 after graduating from Arizona State University with two degrees in Psychology and Sociology. The knowledge she gained while obtaining these degrees has helped her take the stress out of the home buying and selling process for our clients.

Jen has spent her real estate career working alongside her mother, Brett Marie Bruce. They have represented both buyers and sellers and are experienced with the industry's most advanced marketing and technology. When representing sellers, they strongly believe in staging the home to show the property at its best and as a result, often obtain higher than average sales prices.
