Jennifer began her real estate career in May 1993. She learned quickly that there is more to selling homes than just looking at them. Helping her clients with a life changing decision is her number one priority. Helping them feel comfortable with all aspects of the transaction, from getting qualified, to viewing homes, to making an offer with all the proper documents, to reviewing any issues on the title commitment, survey, signing closing documents and transferring ownership. Jennifer continues to keep in contact with her clients even after all is said and done at closing. Her clients know that she is always available for all their real estate needs. When her clients are ready to sell a property, she helps them understand all aspects of market conditions, what to expect during the sale process and reassure them that she will handle all concerns of the sale. Jennifer understands that their daily lives are busy, so she wants to take on the challenges of the home sale, so the seller is not bothered with the intricate details. After all, that is why they hired her.
Jennifer was born in Greeley, Colorado on January 12, 1969, to a ranching family. She started riding horses as soon as she could walk. Her father is an avid motorcycle rider and introduced her to motorcycles, auto mechanics and classic cars/trucks. Growing up in a small community of Walsenburg, Colorado, she was 1 out of 50 graduates of the John Mall High School class of 1987.
After high school Jennifer moved to El Paso and attended International Business College. Upon graduating, she began a career in the Catering Sales Department at the El Paso Airport Hilton.
Looking for an adventure, Jennifer moved to Phoenix, Arizona to work in the Convention Services Department at the Pointe Tapatio Cliffs.
Having learned that there is no place like El Paso, she moved “home”. There after she attended the Academy of Real Estate and embarked on a real estate career.
Jennifer enjoys cooking, baking, gardening, and yard work. Not all her “downtime” is spent around the house. She likes to go horseback riding or spend time riding with her husband on his Harley Davidson. When possible, she treasures El Paso’s scenery by hiking, rock hunting and bird watching.
