Jennifer Tillges

Jennifer Tillges is a full-time realtor and a graduate of Mahtomedi High School with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. She began her real estate career in 2012 with a large broker, and in 2022 she co-founded the future focused Real Estate Team, Crush Real Estate Group!

Prior to real estate, Jennifer worked in business-to-business sales and with commercial insurance carriers in both underwriting and marketing roles. Her passion for real estate began when she purchased her first home, which she rented out as an investment property for over 10 years.

Specializing in all facets of real estate, Jennifer prides herself on attention to detail and taking a hands-on approach to ensure her clients are comfortable and informed every step of the way.

Whether it be navigating the way for first time home buyers, listing and marketing properties, providing expertise in new construction and luxury homes, or searching for that perfect commercial space, Jennifer is always available and on top of things.

One of Jennifer's favorite parts of being a realtor is digging up off-market properties for her clients. She finds it very rewarding to find her clients their perfect home! In addition, she was honored to represent Masterpiece Homes, a custom home builder, for 3 years.

Jennifer is honored to have been nominated by peers and clients the past four years as a “Super Real Estate Agent” and also featured in the Mpls-St Paul Magazine. She is an affiliate of Homes for Heroes, a program that offers discounts to veterans and first responders. She believes in giving back to those who have sacrificed so much!

Jennifer resides in Marine on St. Croix with her husband Chad and adorable puppy, Charlie. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, baking, and relaxing up north.
