I went into the process of property searching with zero knowledge of the intricacies. I found it easy to be completely honest with Jenny about how much guidance I would need. She answered all of my questions with transparency and without judgment. She offered advice on what value I should have been looking for in a property with respect to my budget. She found me a property that exceeded my standards and vouched for my reliability as a tenant in order to get me approved. I had the pleasure of working with Jenny on the sale of my home. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she really went above and beyond throughout the whole process. We all have busy lives, but if you had a question or any concern, Jenny was super accommodating and responsive at all hours of the day. Although we were faced with minor bumps (beyond our control) along the way, Jenny quickly had solutions for them all. Not to mention, she handled all this while 7-8 months pregnant! Her attitude and professionalism really showcases who she is as an agent. She really values her clients’ goals and her commitment to obtain said goals is unmatched. I can tell Jenny truly values her clients' goals. I came into the transaction when it was already underway but noticed how responsive she was. We had the documents and information we needed as quickly as we asked for them. We learned how Jenny was able to quickly comprehend the unique needs of her clients, a wonderful couple with a specific budget and future family plans. I highly recommend working with Jenny. She was very accommodating to our busy work schedule and took calls late at night to walk us through the entire process of purchasing our first home. We purchased a condo recently with Jenny help. She is very responsive and knowledgeable. She has great communication skills and has very good connections with contractors and property inspector. We relocate from different state to MA, so Jenny had been very accommodating with our availability. She helped with remote touring, offered advice on different properties and we were able to find a place for us very quickly. She also helps oversee projects at our purchased property before we officially move in. Overall, very positive experience for us.
