I just purchased a home in Grand Blanc through Jennifer Tremaine. It was my first home, and boy was I nervous. She walked me though the negotiations and saved me several thousand dollars. Once my offer was accepted, I had to read pages of fine print in contracts that had to be signed and returned in hours. Jennifer took the time to explain everything to me, and made it easy to understand. By the time it was over, I felt like I was as smart as any realtor. I would have no problem recommending her to any of my friends looking to buy or sell a home.
