I have known Jennifer for some time now and she has helped numerous friends and family members with the buying and selling of their homes. This is the 2nd time we have used Jennifer Walker. She sold our home for us here in North Carolina when we moved to Florida. Now that we have returned to North Carolina there was no question who our realtor would be. We told Jennifer Walker what we wanted, and she listened, which is rare these days. I have worked with Jennifer and team twice in the past couple of years selling property, and each time she did an outstanding job. She is very driven, honest, and straightforward. She has a really good understanding of the market and has a lot of practical knowledge which is extremely helpful. She is very thorough with paperwork/legal jargon and has a strong understanding of what she’s doing. She makes a strong effort to ensure that her clients understand the various confusing elements of selling/buying property and will walk through paper work with you without you having to ask.
