JENNIFER WATERS

Jennifer Waters has been a Northeast Florida resident for over 35 years. She was born in Miami FL and raised in St Augustine before moving to Orange Park later in life. She has been married for 24 years to her husband Mitch, a Northeast FL native as well. They have two children, the youngest one with down-syndrome. Jennifer and her husband have relocated several times for her husbands job, once to Burlington NC as well as Atlanta Ga., before moving back to FL. She believes her time living in FL along with her time out of state, have helped her gain invaluable experience as real estate agent. Jennifer's strong work ethic and belief in customer service are great assets in every part of her real estate career. She enjoys meeting new people and finds joy in helping them, whether they are looking for their dream home, or thinking about selling.
