Jennifer recently helped us with both buying and selling our house - and was so patient on the long process of finding a house in this crazy market. She thought outside the box and was so patient in answering our many many questions. Her experience was invaluable in both negotiations. We were able to avoid overpaying for our new house and based on Jennifer's recommendations on listing our house, made a nice profit. We are hoping we won't be moving for 30 years but if we do, we will definitely be going back to Jennifer to help.

Jennifer Wolff was the real estate agent we used for the sale of our home in Deephaven. Our decision to hire Jennifer turned out to be a wonderful choice for all involved! We found her to be well educated on the local housing market and selling process, always had our best interest at heart, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make this a great experience for us. We met Jennifer Wolff several years ago at an open house. We were not in the market at the time but were casually looking at homes, as we knew a move to Minnetonka school district was in our future. After meeting Jennifer at the open house, we immediately knew we wanted to work with her. Jennifer is extremely personable and very knowledgeable about the market. Almost equally important is Jennifer is 100% not pushy… meaning after the open house, she did not bombard us with calls/emails like other realtors we met… rather, she asked us if there was anything we wanted from her and she completely respected our desire for somewhat limited information until we were ready to get more serious.

In July of 2018, Jennifer helped us with the purchase of our new home. Not only did she help us find the house we wanted, but Jennifer helped us get it at a great price. The market was relatively hot at the time, which meant buyers were generally offering list price or better. The house had recently had a price drop but Jennifer understood the price history of the home and encouraged us to offer at a reasonable discount to list. While there was some back in forth, we got it for less than list and with a home warranty! We used many of Jennifer’s great references (e.g., home inspector, radon contractor, well contractor, etc.) to perform our due diligence (and negotiate some price concessions for work needing to be done) and ultimately we closed on the purchase without any major challenges.

We also used Jennifer to list our home in South Minneapolis. Jennifer helped us prepare our home for the market (which actually required much less work than we had expected) and she did a great job in performing comp analysis and helping us come up with a list price. Jennifer actually pushed us outside our comfort zone, as she encouraged us to list at price that was above what we ever thought we could get… and she was right! We sold our home at nearly list price after being on the market for only a couple weeks… and this was at the end of August, which isn’t an ideal time to sell a home. We believe we benefited from Jennifer’s strong network, because the buyer’s realtor had visited our home during Jennifer’s broker tour and had encouraged her buyer to take a look at our home.

Long story short, while this wasn't our first real estate transaction, Jennifer helped us think outside of the box, was a "wolf'" at the table when she needed to be, has an extensive network, understands a variety of markets in a variety of areas...and did we mention fun...and funny! Selling and buying is stressful. If we do it again, we'd want Jennifer Wolff at our side!
