Jennifer Woomer

At the age of 19, Woomer sold her first home! It was in the 80’s, double digit interest rates. Real estate was a tough field to be in then. Woomer returned back to college and earned her BA in Communication with emphasis in advertising & PR from CSU.

During her career in advertising, Woomer held various positions, helped launch several award winning publications, and most importantly always increased sales volume in all her sales & marketing positions.

Woomer decided it was time to use her entrepreneurial skills and return to her original avocation of real estate. She has been a successful, full-time agent the past five years focusing on residential & commercial real estate in Northeast Ohio. She works with buyers, sellers, and investors. Whether listing a high-end Beachwood home, selling apartment buildings, working with a first-time buyer, or an investor buying multiple homes.

A lifelong resident of Cleveland, Woomer enjoys working all areas in northeast Ohio.
Woomer is married & is the proud mother of two children. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, traveling, reading, cooking, fitness and investing with her investment club.
