One of the best and most memorable home buying experiences! I first met Jennifer at one of her open houses. I wasn't interested in working with another realtor, yet somehow left the open house with her contact information and a renewed sense of excitement to start the house hunting process all over again. She was informative, easy to talk to, always available, and never made me feel undervalued. She took us to see houses from Palmetto to North Port and was always patient with us.

After about 6 months of looking, we decided to take a break. Jennifer understood our reasons and maintained contact for nearly a year, until we were ready to start looking again. She would periodically check in with us to see if we needed anything, even offering help after tropical storm/hurricane Helene and Milton. She went above the scope of being "just a realtor" and ended up becoming much more.

We ended up buying our forever home with Jennifer and are forever grateful for her calm energy, knowledge of the market, and professionalism. It was an absolute pleasure working with her.

My girlfriend and I recently had the pleasure of working with Jen while searching for our new home, and we can’t recommend her highly enough! Most knowledgeable and helpful real estate agent. I met Jen at an Open House when I first began looking for a home. I was first time home buyer and had no idea what I was doing! Jen was so knowledgeable and relatable--she sent me actual diagrams via email showing me the step-by-step process in which to buy a home!
Jen has incredible communication skills and was able to answer all of my questions with such professionalism and patience. I always felt that she was just a text away, no matter the day or time, to help me navigate through the home buying process.
Buying a home is stressful, but Jen made it seem easy! She constantly reminded me of what was important (location) in my purchase and really listened to what I felt my needs were with a home (safety, security, and a fenced yard for my dog).
I learned so much about the home buying process when I was working with Jen because she took the time to explain everything to me, sometimes two or three times. I never felt out of control, yet she was so professional and confident in her skills that I knew I could trust her to lead me to make the right decisions. I felt that she trusted me, too, and completely supported me when I needed it.
I feel honored that I stumbled into Jen when I did. I can honestly say that I would not have my home today without her help. She is an agent that goes above and beyond for all of her clients and I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Jennifer͏ is so easy to communicate with. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed. I live out of state. I wanted a vacation home that I could also rent through Airbnb. Jennifer did virtual showings with me. Because of the trust that I had in her and her knowledge of what I was loooking for. I placed an offer right away and it was accepted. She helped facilitate my inspection and I flew down to be there for that (and see my new house). Now-a-days,͏ you have tons of choices when considering a realtor. The best realtor I’ve ever met
Jennifer reached out to me after I filled out an online form. From day 1 she began searching not just for homes for me but helping me search for a teaching job too. Our experience from the beginning went smoothly. Every home she sent was in a great neighborhood and they were all beautiful homes within our budget.
