Jenny Chai

After earning her Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Science degree and teaching Biology in China, Jenny accompanied her husband to the United States. She worked at University of Wisconsin-Madison and University of Kentucky and then earned a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Kentucky.

In 2002, attracted by Cornell University, her family moved to Ithaca. She and her family very much enjoy living in Ithaca. She believes that Ithaca embodies a unique mixture of the breathtaking natural beauty, the diversity found in a big city, and the friendliness and comfortable lifestyle of a small community.



Prior to opening her own real estate business, she worked as a full time realtor in the largest local real estate company for more than 5 years, making great achievements helping people buy and sell their houses. During that time, she earned a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the real estate industry's most prestigious designation.



Jenny is a member of the Ithaca Board of Realtors, the New York State Realtor Association, the National Realtor Association, and Multiple Listing Services. She is a knowledgeable, dependable, and capable agent who provides excellent services to serve all kinds of your real estate needs.
