Jenny Davis is a top notch agent! She was an excellent resource throughout the process, from the moment we first started to consider putting our house on the market! Starting with a walk through consultation to help us edit and make some small but impactful improvements, and then guiding us in getting the house staged for photos. Jenny shines in marketing and knowing the best times to list, to promote, to have an open house, etc. In addition to that end of things, Jenny is really hands-on for her clients, answering questions and concerns at all hours when we had them, and gave us great confidence that we were making good decisions - because Jenny always had the right information that we needed to do so. We had so much interest in our house, thanks to Jenny's marketing skills. We got an excellent price for the house and couldn't be happier.
