We had to relocate to this area for work from Georgia. We asked our agent there to refer us to someone. She referred us to Jenny and when we first met her, we knew she'd be excellent. We've bought a few homes over the years due to career relocations. Jenny immediately started giving us virtual tours of homes while we were still in Georgia and worked very hard to help us find a home to rent when we could not immediately find a house to buy.

Eight months later and after several failed offers, we finally closed on our first NC home. Jenny was very patient in explaining all the nuances of the home buying process in NC to newcomers like us and was a tremendous help in getting us a home at a fair price. After our inspection, she even contacted companies to get us quotes for serious issues that were revealed. We have greatly enjoyed working with her and recommend her whole heartedly. Jenny is amazing. We used her twice. For buying and selling our house (4 years later). She went above and beyond for us multiple times. She was very hands on with the entire process. She kept in contact almost daily during the whole 2 month process. When selling, we moved out of state and she helped fix things around the house since we weren’t there to handle it. She even called our AC people multiple times trying to get things fixed. She even hired a cleaner for the house, so I didn’t have to worry about it on top of moving to a new state. She’s great. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the purchase of our new home was delayed for over a year. Jenny stayed in touch with us the entire time and kept us abreast of the market conditions and changes in the greater Charlotte area. When our search began in earnest, she carefully arranged showings that fit our tight schedule. I put my house on the market a few days before the corona virus shutdown. all be it there was no real real estate activity Jenny was constantly working through alternate avenues to get my house exposure. even during the shutdown there was tons of activity for it. once the shutdown started to lift Jenny had multiple viewings almost immediately. within a few days we had an offer that we accepted and led to the sale. i truly believe that if she hadn't pushed and worked so hard that we wouldn't have sold so quickly. i have sold many houses, this was my first with Jenny as my agent. this was absolutely the smoothest easiest and most buttoned up i've been through. if you are looking for an agent you'd be crazy not to sign up with her. Jenny is AMAZING!!! What started off as a business deal turned in to a friendship as well. We were referred over when we moved to Colorado and Jenny paid attention to all of our needs as well as our "wants." When we had to leave Colorado unexpectedly just a couple years later, Jenny took care of everything for us with the sell of that same house. Jenny's attention to detail showed us what we wanted in a realtor, and her personal attention showed us how awesome a person she is in life.

I had been working with another group of realtors for 6 months who showed me 17 houses and finally got one bid accepted. That bid turned into a lawsuit which is still underway five months after going under contract. I released that realtor group from their duties.

With total disgust for the industry and the disparities of our housing market I was becoming very withdrawn from the idea of ever owning a home. On a whim, I expressed interest on another house on the web in a neighborhood that the previous realtors consistently dissuaded me from considering.

Jenny Fitzjarrell contacted me that day about the inquiry. Despite my overt inconsiderate lack of respect for her trade and unprofessional demeanor in that first conversation, she agreed to work with me. After a couple weeks I went to her office and signed on with her group at the time 46:10. I recognized the passage from Isiah and really liked the feeling of empowerment it gave me.

With Kings of Leon blaring, I left her office to meet her at one of three properties she was going to show me. Somehow Jenny beat me to the first home after definitely leaving after me. My drive was leisurely though, through the heart of town.

We walked through and everything I needed was there. It even had a little doggy door that I could envision my future fat pet squeezing through. I told her to put in a bid before I even walked out. She sat down comfortably and made the call to the seller's realtor. In minutes the bid was in. We went our separate ways as I decided one bid a day was enough. I also had a friend in from out of town I wanted to meet before they left.

I met my friend and we took a walk around by the lake. By the completion of that lap and bidding my friend goodbye, Jenny was calling to tell me the good news. The bid was accepted and more than accommodating terms for me were being planned out.

One home. One bid. One remarkable job. I moved in that Easter and it couldn't be a better resurrection of my faith in people.

Thank you Jenny for making my home purchase such a revival in my faith in others when I had almost given up.
