Jenny Eglian

Born and raised in the heart of the midwest, I was taught early on a day was not finished until you got the job done and you got it done right! Although a resident of this gorgeous state since 1999, my midwest roots still play out in everything I do. Buying and selling a home is a tedious job that, if done correctly, involves juggling many variables non-stop (without dropping them) in order to reach a successful close. I understand my job is not complete with the mutual acceptance of a contract but rather when I have carried my clients gracefully through the entire process and, ultimately, built a lasting relationship - a job well done!

Familiarity with the numerous variables involved in a home purchase or sale is pivotal. Eight years experience in banking (including mortgage lending), five years experience in home staging (owning and operating Jacket Up Home Staging) and 31 years experience in home ownership (including the buying, remodeling and selling of 13 properties), are a few of the variables I share with my clients. Well connected in the community, I have fantastic relationships with contractors, stagers, title and escrow agencies and lenders who help me juggle it all.
