Jenny sold our nine acres of land that we had listed in Weld County. It was not an easy sell due to constraints put on the property by the County, however Jenny stuck with it and worked hard to get us to closing. She is very knowledgable, very professional, very motivated, and maintained constant communication with us throughout the process. We appreciated all that she did on our behalf and would highly recommend her for any real estate needs.

Jenny has worked with our family on several transactions. She is VERY responsive and knowledgeable! Instead of focusing on the the sale, she is interested in setting you up for a lifetime success. She truly cares about her clients. She is all around awesome, highly recommended!

We are still in our home with no plans to move but would use Jenny to sell our house if we did. Jenny Hart is an incredible realtor. She has been very helpful in 4 transactions of mine and I could not be more happy with my service. She works so hard to get me exactly what I wanted in both the sales of my homes and purchases.*as I was on UK ladies vacation week!* She listened to me cry, yell, shout, pout and be elated. At a 7 hour time difference so mostly first thing in the morning for her. And never once complained, lied or told me what I wanted to hear. She was so real. There are too many amazing things to list about this realtor! We found Jenny after 6 months of working with another realtor to sell our land and find a new home with no success. We started working with Jenny and she managed to help us sell our land and find our new DREAM home in less than 2 weeks! I regret not finding her sooner. We never thought buying our first home would go so smoothly, especially having multiple offers on the table and the sellers leaning towards other offers. Our experience with Jenny was great, she was quick to respond, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and truly had our best interests, as homebuyers, in mind. She could have tried to sell us on a more expensive house to benefit her but she knew what was most important to us and made it happen.
