Jenny was amazing throughout my home buying process!! As a first time home buyer I relied heavily on her expertise in a tough market to schedule showings and make offers. She also made things super easy for me as an out of town buyer by taking care of things for me, such as scheduling my inspecting and doing showings via FaceTime. My boyfriend and I were looking for a house in or near Denver for months. After realizing we weren't going to have much luck buying in the spring with so many others coming in, we waited until the following fall. Jenny was very patient with us and let us know she was ready when we were. Jenny met us at different properties all over and finally we settled on a beautiful house in Bailey. Jenny is fun and easy to work with and strives to get the best deal for her clients. She's very thorough with sellers and their realtors as well. Jenny has extensive knowledge of life in Colorado and can offer homes and areas based on her clients' interests and budget. I would recommend her to anyone!

Jenny was an absolutely amazing agent! She was extremely easy to get a hold of. She was always in a cheery mood and had such a good energy about her. It took us about a year to find a house and she stuck with us. She was the one who told us to be patient and don’t settle for something we are going to regret. She actually suggested we take a break since she could tell my husband and I were getting burnt out. And we did just that, we didn’t look at houses for a few months and she didn’t bombard us trying to get us to go see houses. She allowed us to come back when we were ready. And when we did she helped us snag our first home! She established rapport with the selling agent and was able to craft us an amazing offer which got accepted! I can’t say enough good things about her. It was an absolute joy working with her!

Jenny was amazing for our entire house buying experience. Purchasing a house in Colorado seemed like a very daunting task with how the market has been. Jenny was so knowledgeable, responsive, and reassuring in every aspect of the buying process. Looking at homes with her was great as well - she would point out red flags to us, things that may need to be fixed soon if we purchased the home and helped us to see things we may have overlooked with a different realtor. She is a true expert in her field and very trustworthy. She is very responsive via text message, phone call, email. We never had to wait long to hear from her. She was actually on a trip the weekend we wanted to put in a bid for our house - in the mountains with no service, yet she managed to find service and get everything put together for us and was able to communicate with us when we needed. She is so dedicated to her profession and truly cares about all her clients. She has a few agents who help her out when she is not able to be present, Ken being one. He was also so kind and professional and knowledgeable as well! The house we purchased we REALLY wanted - it was perfect. Because we wanted it so bad we were very anxious about getting it. We listened to what Jenny had to say about how we should go about putting in bids etc and it paid off. I would refer her to anyone looking for a home. The entire experience was positive and so easy. We couldn't be happier with how things went. Jenny is overall a very kind, empathic, enthusiastic, and wonderful person! Thank you so much Jenny and Ken!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why would you want to work with Jenny Penman for a real estate transaction? Our immediate answer: Why would you not!!

Jenny is enthusiastic about finding you the perfect home of YOUR choice. Her knowledge is superb. Jenny is patient, kind, will always respond to your questions, and is extremely organized. Jenny will always make sure you are covered, even when she cannot be there herself. We engaged Jenny to relocate and purchase a home 18 months ago. Even though for the first 12 months we were not “actively” looking, Jenny was always there to answer any questions and gave us great ideas of areas to explore based on our wishes for our new home. We are totally convinced that without Jenny we would not own our Denver area home today.

Love love loved having Jenny as our agent, don’t think we would have gotten here(CO) without her. We moved from NM and because of COVID and medically fragile/ special needs kiddos, we had to do everything virtually. She handled everything even did live videos for us of the houses we wanted to see, she negotiated very well and got us the house we really wanted. Jenny is the best realtor we have ever worked with! We have been interested in moving to Colorado from Illinois for years, last year we finally made the decision to start the process
We contacted Jenny who referred us to a realtor in Illinois to get things started to sell our house in Illinois. She set up our MLS site and changed it time and time again after we continued to narrow down the location and specifics we were looking for in a house and never a complaint from her!

She worked with us for over a year and was always responsive, kind, and along to do whatever it took to find our house. She did not disappoint when it came to the offer and closing process, all documentation was very clear and if a question arose on our end she was able to answer almost immediately. It is thanks to Jenny who gave us realistic expectations and knowledge of the market to finally purchase (and because of her, beat out 24 other offers) our home. We would recommend Jenny to anyone looking to buy a home!

She was fantastic, I have never met someone so passionate as well as knowledgeable about Colorado. She not only found us our home but a place we love and are proud to call home.
