But Jenny’s experiences prior to joining the real estate industry have served her clients just as well. Living abroad gave her the ability to collaborate with people from all backgrounds and cultures, and her time as a sales executive and marketing manager gave her strong negotiation and networking skills. Later, her career as a lifestyle blogger taught her how to clearly communicate with everyone she encounters. Not only that, but it also cultivated her tech and marketing prowess so she could thrive across platforms. This ability translates to creating compelling stories for her clients’ properties to help them sell for top dollar. No matter her client’s goal, Jenny puts her relentlessly purposeful mind set to work. The persistence that makes Jenny a force in Sacramento real estate developed when she was a child. As a first-generation American, Jenny developed a strong work ethic early, along with the drive to provide for her family. She also learned the power of homeownership after a period without secure housing as a child. Remembering this time alights her passion for helping others achieve their own real estate goals.
Jenny calls Sacramento home. She loves the city’s diversity and small-town vibe, so she can often be found around in the community. You may even have caught her on Ellen’s Game of Games show as a contestant! But on the day to day, Jenny likes to explore her creative side through art, violin, and salsa dancing. She also stays fit by attending Orange Theory every day — so she can tackle the tango next.
