Jenny Sapien

Jenny has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2019 and spent her first week as a full-time agent in COVID lockdown. The pandemic changed a lot of things, and she quickly grew busy as the market evolved. During that busiest season of her life, it never felt like there were enough hours in the day. Adding an unexpected accident was more than I ever thought I could handle.

Her mother is a nurse and illustrated the importance of fixing problems for others throughout my childhood. She is also a “fixer” and enjoys stepping up for others. She often jokes that once you are in her web, you always will be. She enjoys keeping in touch with everyone in her life through each season and helping when she can. When the tables turned, and she was the one needing help, she witnessed firsthand that what you put out there comes back to you.

Jenny became a REALTOR® because she always loved houses. Growing up, she spent a lot of time with her father (a construction die-hard and framer by trade) going to job sites to pick up scrap wood. He built the homes we grew up in during childhood, and she never lost her fascination for the structures we call “home.” She left behind her 20+ year career in sales, marketing, and design to do real estate full-time because she enjoys working with others through every stage of life. Homes are precious – they are where the good, the bad, and the ugly parts of our lives take place. Sometimes moving is a celebration, and sometimes it is an ending. Through the highs and lows, she enjoys guiding her clients to their next step in real estate and life.

Whenever she is not working, she enjoys decorating homes (hers and everyone she knows!) There is just nothing like transforming a space! Her favorite part of being a REALTOR® is helping people go from where they are to where they want to be.

When it comes to her clients, she is there for you no matter what, even if what you need help with is not technically her job. This can be a stressful process, and she understands that we all need a little extra support sometimes. Whether it is decluttering or making a run to the dump because you cannot manage it on your own – she will be there for you.
