Our home selling journey with Jenny Shaneyfelt and Red Bridge Real estate was simply AMAZING!!! Jenny mixes her years of Realtor expertise with her life long hometown knowledge and belief in putting her clients first. Jenny put the needs of selling our home above her own. She answered every email, text message and phone call we sent her almost unheard of in today’s market. Jenny came to our home sat down with us went over comps and explained the current market status with us in terms that we could understand. Together we came up with a listing price that we both thought was fair.

Our home was on the market for 3 days and had 12 viewings in 2 days before an offer was made. The buyer offered us exactly what Jenny had suggested. From the moment our house went under contract Jenny went right to work making sure every document was in order, every piece of paper was signed and our every need was met. Jenny keep in constant contact with the buyer’s agent to make sure that every detail went according to plan.

The closing day is the most important day in the home buying/selling process it is a day where everyone comes together to see all their hard work come together. Jenny was front and center dressed for success and the brightest light in the room walking us through every step making sure every document we signed was correct.
We chose Jenny Shaneyfelt and Red Bridge Real estate because we wanted someone who loved the Huntsville area as much as we did someone whose family has more than 50 years’ experience in the local area selling and buying homes. Jenny worked with me through three contracts. My VA appraisals kept coming up with issues the seller would not resolve. Jenny was patient, helpful and professional through it all. Highly recommend her as an agent. I’ll certainly use her if I have need in the future.
