Jenny Swain

Jenny has been working in the real estate industry since 1991, with a strong focus on the west side of Madison, WI, and surrounding communities. She has a degree in Interior Design from UW Madison, which means she can often help her clients envision a property's "hidden potential".

Jenny started her career working for a large local brokerage, then had the amazing opportunity to introduce Keller Williams Realty to the state of Wisconsin. It has been an incredible experience - building, training, and coaching a high-functioning team of real estate experts, within a company known for its high level of customer service and unwavering ethical standards.

Jenny's clients appreciate her attention to detail, clear and prompt communication, straightforward approach, accessibility and genuine concern for their bottom line. She enjoys a strong referral-based business, where past clients trust her to take great care of their own family and friends.

She schedules time off when she can to spend with her beautiful family, usually on one of Madison's gorgeous lakes or at home in front of a roaring fire.
