Jeremiah Burns

Jeremiah Burns is a Hampton Roads native. He has owned his own company for the last 6 years as a Field Inspector performing thousands of inspections on homes and commercial buildings for numerous banks and insurance companies throughout the state of Virginia. He specialized in assisting lenders with foreclosure inspections and homeowners who have entered into the restructured or modified loan process. He has extensive experience working with insurance companies and has developed a keen eye for identifying hazards and liabilities for homeowners starting a new insurance policy. Jeremiah also worked with homeowners and contractors during Insurance Loss Claims to ensure home repairs were being performed and completed in a timely manner. Throughout his years as a Field Inspector Jeremiah developed a passion for Real Estate and decided to use his knowledge and apply it towards people looking to buy or sell a home. After attending the Advanced School of Real Estate and getting his Real Estate Salesperson License Jeremiah joined the Kris Weaver Real Estate Team as a home buying specialist bringing his passion to fruition. With his years of experience in the inspection industry Jeremiah brings a lot of knowledge to the table when assisting home buyers with the purchase of a new home.
