My husband and I happened into an open house that Jeremie was hosting over a year ago. My husband's job had us relocating to Washington from California. We really had no idea what area's to begin our search when looking for our next home. We were renting an apartment local to his office while we scoured the areas. On top of that we needed to sell a home in California that was currently being rented and the lease was not up until July of 2018, and the market had softened a bit so it took longer then expected.

I knew right away when meeting Jeremie that he was the realtor for us!
He understood that while we were hot to figure out where to live geographically, we were not going to be financially ready until we sold the other home. He was patient and diligent beyond belief.

He took me to no less then 35 homes and never made me feel like I was wasting his time when I would walk in and quickly turn around feeling disappointed. He told me to keep the faith and don't get discouraged and that we'd find it. When we walked into "the one," he knew just like I did that this was the perfect home for us.

The negotiations where handled to perfection, along with the inspection process, which he also made himself available to attend. Jeremie even helped collect a sample from the well so it could be tested. There was some work that needed to be done and he provided valuable referrals for that work as well.

Our experience with Jeremie and his team was nothing but TOP NOTCH, right down to even spending Halloween together with him and his gal at a local party.

I cannot recommend Jeremie and his team more and I look forward to our continued friendship.

Jeremie was an absolute godsend during our process as first time home buyers. Jeremie was incredibly knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in and also very helpful in matching us up with homes that suited our taste. We were originally working with another real estate agent during our search and we happened to stumble upon Jeremie during an open house he was hosting. He blew us away with his professionalism and friendly approach to real estate. His passion for his job was so apparent in the fact that he was genuinely concerned about matching us up with the perfect home even though he wasn’t even our agent just yet. I can’t recommend Jeremie enough if you’re looking for someone who loves what they do and also cares deeply about their clients and their well being. Jeremie made the process so smooth and handled everything we needed him to without any hesitation or concern. Look no further if you need an honest, genuine, friendly, and knowledgeable professional in your search for a home. Not only did we gain an amazing real estate agent but also a good friend in the process.

Jeremie listed our rental property. He is a true professional who provided consistent open communication and had our best interest in mind. Jeremie has strong negotiation skills with the ability to promote the property so we were able to receive a full price offer! The entire sales process was very smooth (from beginning to end) and the property was sold quickly. We have worked with real estate brokers before but Jeremie is among the best in the business. We highly recommend him if you want to buy or sell and we'll definitely work with him exclusively again.

Jeremie was the best real estate agent we could ask for! We moved from out of state and he went above and beyond not only showing us the houses but also showing us the area, highlighting activities and things we could have access to like walking paths, lakes, and hiking trails. Since he has lived in the area his whole life, he was a great and wonderful resource as we figured out where we wanted to live. After our house closed, he has followed up multiple times ensuring that we have everything that we need and to check on how we are doing, or if there was any way that he could help us. I would highly recommend Jeremie if you are looking for a real estate agent who is knowledgeable about the area, invested in finding you a home ,and truly cares about not just selling but finding you a home.

Our house shopping and buying process was nothing but smooth and stress-free with Jeremie. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone I know. He listened to everything that we were looking for in a home and only had to show us a couple before he found us the one that we wanted to buy. The offer process went smoothly and signing the paperwork was a breeze. He was very good about walking us through the steps and explaining what we were offering and agreeing to. He helped us get an inspector lined up quickly and the inspector he recommended was very thorough and helpful. Jeremie also kept on top of all the deadlines and made sure our mortgage paperwork got signed on time and without any hiccups. This is the third home I've purchased but the first time having Jeremie as my agent. Both of the previous times I always felt like my agent could have done more to make the process easier and smoother and honestly felt like they didn't add anything to the process. I definitely did not feel this way when Jeremie was my agent. Going forward, without a doubt, I will only work with Jeremie when buying or selling a home.
