Jeremy was by far the most personable realtor we have worked with! My husband and I house hunted for over a year before closing on the home for us. We found Jeremy toward the latter half our search, and he went above and beyond to meet our needs. Unlike many realtors, he does not give off the pushy, fast-paced, only-in-it-to-make-a-sale vibe; instead, he followed our schedule, met our needs, and accommodated us well beyond our expectations. He helped us find something in our price range and ensured we were comfortable with our deal. I could count on him to be extremely flexible in scheduling showings and put in the work to make sure we saw houses ASAP. He truly does care about his clients, and it shows in his work and his personality. I would 100% recommend Jeremy Burkholder for any and all real estate needs. We began working with Jeremy in April/May, 2021 to assist us in locating a home in the Mercersburg, PA area. Initially, the "pickings" were very slim, but Jeremy never gave up! He worked tirelessly to find us a home that fit our needs and wants. And, he did not waste our time showing us homes that were out of our price range or were lacking in the features we were seeking. As we were relocating from Maryland to PA, it was important to us that we did not waste valuable time from work nor money in gas and expenses in traveling to and from PA on wild-goose chases. He stayed in continuous touch with us, keeping us abreast of the available homes in the market at the time. Thanks to Jeremy, we found the perfect home and made an offer immediately upon seeing it. Also, based on Jeremy's guidance, we made the "perfect offer" in a price-war environment and we won. We are forever grateful to him for his assistance!

Jeremy showed me numerous houses and never once made me feel as though he was wasting his time. He always responded to me right away when I asked to look at a property. When I finally found a home, I'm not sure who was more exited, him or me. I would recommend him as a realtor to anyone and be sure that they would receive the best realtor in the business.
