About Jeremy

Real estate isn't just my career — it's in my blood. I grew up watching my mother build a successful career as a real estate agent and broker before moving into the title side of the business. One of my very first jobs was working as a plat inspector for my stepfather and mother's title company. So while I may be newer to holding a license, I've been around real estate my entire life.
Before launching my real estate career in 2024, I spent 27 years in the pool and spa industry with Nassau Pools & Spas, a well-known local business I took over as owner and president in 2010. For over a decade, I managed every aspect of running a business — from negotiating with contractors and vendors to solving complex problems and making sure every single client felt taken care of. When I sold the business in 2023, I knew exactly where I was headed next: back to the industry I grew up in.
I joined my longtime friend Cliff Kemp at MTS Real Estate Group powered by Edina Realty, and it's been the perfect fit. I bring the same philosophy to real estate that made my business successful — honest communication, top-quality service, and a genuine commitment to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions in a person's life, and I believe you deserve someone in your corner who treats it that way.
What sets me apart? Nearly three decades of business experience have given me a unique skill set that most agents simply don't have. I know how to negotiate. I know how to solve problems when unexpected situations come up — and they always do. I bring a strong marketing background to every listing, and I stay on top of the latest tools and technology, including AI-powered resources, to make sure my clients have every advantage whether they're buying or selling.
And communication? That's everything. I'm available to my clients day, night, and weekends — probably to a fault, but I wouldn't have it any other way. My clients know they can reach me when they need me, and my reviews speak for themselves.
I'm proud to serve the communities I know and love. I grew up in Elk River, and my wife and I have called Albertville home since 2002. We raised both of our boys here, and they're both proud STMA High School graduates. I know these neighborhoods, the schools, the local businesses, and the people — because this is my home too.
When I'm not helping clients, you'll probably find me on the pickleball court, where I've met some amazing people through the sport. My wife and I also love to travel, especially to our vacation rental home in Surfside Beach, South Carolina — a little slice of paradise we picked up in 2022 that also taught me a thing or two about investment property.
