I met Jeremy Orton in 2015. I was visiting Twin Falls after accepting a job that would start soon at the local hospital. He took the time to show me around town and help me narrow down some choices. His knowledge was extensive and his demeanor was positive and contagious. I highly recommend Jeremy Orton and his team at Keller Williams. There is a reason they are the best in the Magic Valley.

We really loved working with Carol from the Jeremy Orton Group. We were moving to Twin Falls from out of state and she helped make the transition seamless. She came highly recommended by a trusted realtor friend from our home state and we couldn't have been more happy with our experience. I have purchased and sold over 10 homes in my adult life and I can say that hands-down working with Ron was the best experience I've had. He keyed in quickly to what I was looking for by asking insightful questions and LISTENING. The market is extremely tight right now but we did manage to find "the one".
But there were multiple competitive offers on the table and getting mine accepted was iffy. BUT Ron rolled up his sleeves and got busy selling my offer to the agent and seller. He even sent a picture of my little dog (who is pretty darn cute). I could not ask for more honesty or better representation.
This is suppose to be my forever house but if I ever list it - it would be with him.

If anyone is looking in the market for housing you needs to give Michael a call! He is very on top of everything! We started the process by getting pre-approved end of May and found him mid July as an agent. In just one month we closed on the perfect house! He will answer any questions you have in a very shortly Amount of time. Definitely 5 of 5 star rating!

We had lots of questions quickly answered, and items that we had to wait on were always were treated with priority and we had lots of good communication. Jermey and his team have been great. Jermey sent me a couple rental deals and his team member Aaron has helped me buy 6 rentals thus far in 2021 and is very knowledgeable about Realestate, Disclosures, Property information, Etc.
He’s also very responsive and patient as I have 3 properties that I was selling to complete the 1031 exchanges and we had some delays on the first 2 deals.

Hello out there, my name Is Ronald and I have recently went through a learning experience on selling my home. Now not knowing what to do, I was informed about a real estate group that could help me. I then agreed to meet a broker; Jeremy Orton from Keller Williams Reality. After the walk around the home and some discussion I was impressed that he didn’t try to force me into a decision. I used to think that reality agents were pushy and fake, well if that is true, it’s not Jeremy. Jeremy has a team behind him that works just as hard as he does and helps walk sellers through what could be a nightmare.
The high point of my experience with Jeremy and his group was the honesty and their thinking outside of the box on how to move forward with the sell. There was a plan and they kept me informed as the process proceeded. I was asked to let you know about the low point of this experience which would have to be; his honesty and letting me know that my home wasn’t worth as much as I thought it was. This goes to show, let the professionals do the talking.
Jeremy and his group know what they are doing and the level of experience I witnessed was an education that I enjoyed and learned from. I learned that my home wasn’t in perfect shape and some things needed fixed and yes that came out of pocket; but I would rather have the help and honesty that I received from this group of fine people than be directed in the wrong direction. I highly recommend Jeremy Orton and his fine associates to help anyone through a selling experience.

I would definitely like to thank the Jeremy Orton Real Estate team. I've used them twice now, once for a purchase and once for a sale. On the purchase I worked with Rich Bateman and he was fantastic. On the sale of the home we worked with Aaron and Rich and they were both awesome to deal with. They were both available whenever I needed them via phone, text, and email. They were always pleasant, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future and in fact, you'd be foolish to use anyone but them.

We just purchased our first home! Yay! And oh my, were we picky! But the Jeremy Orton Real Estate Group was great! They matched us perfectly with our realtor John Stewart. He is a gem! He was patient with us as we searched for the perfect house in the perfect city.
Throughout the entire process he answered many many questions for us! If he did not know the answer, he took the time to find an accurate answer instead of just spit-balling.
He helped us get approved for our loan, find an insurance company day of the signing when our previously chosen insurance company claimed no knowledge of our policy, and helped us fill out our paperwork all throughout. His negotiation skills are top-notch. We got everything we NEEDED and then some with our offer. All in all, it was a wonderful experience! We will use the Jeremy Orton Real Estate Group, and John Stewart in particular, every time we purchase for our rental business and ourselves.
