This is the 2nd time we used Jeremy as our realtor. This time around we purchased a new construction with a community builder. Jeremy was excellent with his recommenda tions and suggestions. A small example is he suggested a specific third party inspector to check pre-dry-wall and final (which paid off big.) Jeremy also listened to our concerns and communicated them to the builder as needed. He is open to phone calls, emails and text messages. The builder assured us everything was good. However, Jeremy went above and beyond by double checking the inspectors suggestions and the build plan before close. Jeremy noticed unresolved issues and stayed on site with the builder to ensure that things were completed to our satisfaction. Everything the inspector suggested, our own concerns and his got resolved. I must say that I had questioned the need for a realtor with my wife because we were working with a community builder/sales agent for a new home construction. However, after experiencing how hectic a new home construction is. I would highly recommend Jeremy Russell to all my friends or family members.
