Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in New Albany, IN. The Jeremy Ward Team was excellent in the service that was provided. Our agent, Dave Davis, was very accommodating with our schedule and knowledgeable providing very useful suggestions during the whole process of searching for a home to home acquisition. The closing went very smoothly. If a realtor is required in the future, the Jeremy Ward Team will certainly be contacted again for their assistance.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in New Albany, IN. Jason Kidd is one of the best agents I've ever worked with! I've bought and sold a few houses in the last several years and I can tell you that none of those deals went as smoothly as this one did. Jason's response time is incredible. He knows the market, he knows how to negotiate and he knows how to make a real estate transaction a lot of fun. I've never said that about any other agent. Jason helped us buy a house in IN while we were still living in GA. We had one weekend to find the perfect house & Jason did it! Everything else was done long distance via phone and email. He answered my calls and emails in a very timely manner; quicker than I even expected. I'm very picky and hold people to high standards; Jason exceeded every one of them! I honestly believe that you would be hard pressed to find a more competent, ethical, and pleasant agent. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would! We are so very happy with the entire experience. Since we were moving from GA, I didn't know any agents in IN. I found Jason on Zillow and kept my fingers crossed that I chose wisely. I did! I feel very fortunate to have found him.

Primary point of contact: Dave Davis Me and my husband worked with Dave Davis at the Jeremy Ward Team and we were highly satisfied with the services we receive. Dave was flexible and willing to work with my schedule to show me the houses I requested to see, as well as taking time to find houses we would be interested in based on our requests. He gave solid advice without being pushy and allowed us to take the time we needed to come to a decision that worked for us. Dave helped us through the process as first time home buyers and we now own the house that fits us perfectly! I would recommend Dave and the team to anyone who is looking for a quick, sensitive, and reliable realtor.

Primary point of contact: Amanda Rawlins Jeremy Ward's team was AWESOME to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were not pushy as some realtors are, they were very helpful as this was my first home I was buying. The process was very stressful because it was a hud foreclosure, but with the help of the team and the greatest realtor ever, Amanda, they made the process go smoothly.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $200K in Sellersburg, IN Jeremy Ward himself was great! Our personal agent was great at first. After we found the home we wanted and put an offer in and was accepted things changed. I was very disappointed that my personal agent (who was NOT Jeremy) did not bother showing up for our closing because he was going to go show someone else a house instead and ever called to congratulate or thank us. It has been 5 days since we closed and not one word. Very unprofessional on his part. We feel that after he knew we were getting the house and he was going to get his commission he didn't care about us anymore. Jeremy personally came for him to show us our house when our agent couldn't and to our closing thankfully! Our loan officer Sherri Sampson at Stockton Mortgage was fabulous! She was ALWAYS on top of things and great to work with all around! Many thanks to Jeremy, Sherri and everyone else who was involved in our home buying process. We LOVE it!!

Bought a home in 2014 We worked with Dave Davis for this house buying process. My husband and I have worked with several realtors in the past with buying and selling homes and the only person I would recommend after this experience is Dave. Not only was he incredibly and quickly responsive to my emails/texts/phone calls but he also made me feel as though I wasn't bothering him (which I probably was!). We also used his suggestions for our home inspector and lender and we were very happy with both. We closed on our house yesterday evening and now I feel like I've lost a friend! He is more than welcome at our home anytime and while I don't foresee us needing a real estate agent any time soon - I would call Dave immediately if I did.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in Seymour, IN. Casey, a member of the Jeremy Ward Team, was recommended to my husband and I by my dad, whose house was sold by Jeremy Ward. My husband contacted Casey one afternoon, and by that evening we were setup to go see a variety of houses the following Friday (that's what fit our schedule). Casey was very knowledgeable about the homes and pointed out something's that my husband and I didn't see or wouldn't have thought about had Casey not pointed them out for us. When we found the house that we loved, we contacted Casey and came up with an offer, this was probably around 630pm, by 8 we had an accepted offer and had signed the papers. Casey was very good about explaining things to us as we are first time homebuyers and had never done anything like this before. She worked hard to answer our questions to the best of her ability and if she didn't know, to find the answer as timely as possible. Casey is very personable, she made what could've been a very stressful time, easy and enjoyable.

We had to have driven her crazy from day one, but she was always there for us, no matter the time or issue. She listed and had our home sold in 2 weeks. The team got us in our new home as fast as they could, above and beyond. If the opportunity arises in the future, I will no doubt use our realtor again.
