Their exceptional marketing plan effectively showcased our house to potential buyers. Since we’re Canadian Snowbirds not familiar with US real estate, Jesse and Jeri’s excellent communication skills were another valuable asset – they clearly explained the various nuances of the offers presented to us in the course of the house sale negotiations and patiently guided us through the stressful process of selling a home. These attributes, along with their charming and positive personalities made the process of selling our Naples home go quickly and smoothly.

Working with Jeri and Jesse Hannon on the sale of our home in Greyhawk at Golf Club of the Everglades was an absolute pleasure. From our very first meeting they took the time to thoroughly explain the process, and help us decide the best strategy for our particular situation. Jeri worked with us to stage the house for the interior video and outside drone footage. The result was a first rate video which showed our home at its best. Our home sold at our full asking price within 48-hours of listing. We can’t recommend Jeri and Jesse highly enough! A great experience all around!

The best move we ever made was reaching out to Jeri and Jesse to help us find our vacation home!! My husband and I were interested in a particular area of Naples, and one condo building in particular. As you may know, googling for a real estate agents or brokers, in Naples, has overwhelming options, but after reaching out to Jeri and Jesse we knew immediately they were the team for us. My husband called their number early one morning and it was answered immediately by Jeri, herself. She was extremely professional and down to earth. She was very easy to talk to and asked important questions that we hadn't necessarily thought about until then. After explaining to her what we were looking for, Jeri assured us that she would be in touch with us and she was. By the next morning, she had already emailed us a list of properties that fit our criteria. She followed up with us every single day via email or phone. If I texted her a simple question, she immediately called me to discuss so to make sure she understood what I was asking and was clear with her answers. This team knows the real estate market. As Florida has been a booming market, Jesse and Jeri made us feel like a priority. The housing market is so great in Florida right now, and I'm sure it was crazy for Jesse and Jeri behind the emails and phones calls, but never once did they give us that impression. I can not say enough about their calm demeanor and professionalism all while keeping our condo purchase completely seamless, from the first phone call to the last. I highly recommend Jeri and Jesse to work for you. They will go above and beyond for you!

I called Jeri Hannon, because they listed and sold another close by condo. I have never worked with them before. After I called Jeri, (she answered the call right away, so no phone tag). The following morning, she and her husband came by and gave me a sales price estimate which was much higher than what I expected. They even predicted that we could sell the condo for over asking price. Since I was ill at the time they prepared the condo by removing our personal belongings and delivering them to my house. They made sure that the condo was in tip top shape for the showings and the open house. They also engaged best photographers including areal shots and videos. The marketing made the condo look better than in real life! They held my hand through accepting best of 5 offers after a well advertised open house where they estimate had over 50 visitors. We had 5 offers, all over asking price with 2 offers which had an escalation clause. We were able to close within a month for all cash. I highly recommend Jeri and Jesse Hannon as a listing agent. They were smart, honest and very in tune with the current market. I am very, very grateful for a smooth and pleasant sale. Thank you!

Look no more. Pick the Hannons. You can't do any better and possibly worse. They sold both our house and adjacent land at a great price. They are personable, experienced, knowledgeable, and informative. They are patient and listened to any concerns we had and clearly addressed them. We absolutely trusted their advice. They make a terrific team with particular skills and expertise by each, although either one can do whatever is needed. Jeri is outstanding with ads, staging, and online communication regarding documents. The MLS listing with photos and videos was outstanding. She even featured our house among others in a local television program. And she did not miss a crossed t or dotted i in all the necessary online documentation. Jesse represented us in person with each meeting of the buyer's realtor. And it's a good thing, because he thoroughly knows the rules, protocols, and procedures and how they must be enforced. The buyer's realtor missed some details and Jess did not let miscues slip... and was confident and forceful in correcting what was needed. Both worked tirelessly and stayed in touch, quickly responding to our phone calls, emails, and texts. Given their work ethics and performances it's a shame they don't get the full commission!

Choosing an experienced realtor is essential. Having a realtor team that resides in one's gated golf community is a plus. Prospective buyers not only learn about the features and benefits of the home, but also are well informed about the club, amenities and community itself.

Highly responsive day or night, Jeri and Jesse were always available, often going above and beyond. Showings were scheduled and managed in a timely manner by the team and routinely provided prospective buyer feedback. Jerri and Jesse Hannon are a truly awesome husband and wife realtor team. When my brother and I relocated from Arkansas to SW Florida, we thought that Ft Myers was the area we would like the best. The Hannons took us to every property we researched, together with properties they felt met our wants. Ultimately, we felt that Ft Myers was too congested and we turned our attention further south. After weeks of patiently showing us properties from North Ft Myers to South Naples, we made an offer that was accepted for a condo in Estero.
Here is why the Hannon Team is special. There was an announced Sat and Sun Open House for the property, and the Hannons were in Tampa for continuing education. My brother and I drove over to the condo on Sat morning, to see if we liked it, and we did. We called Jerri to ask if she could meet us at the condo on Sunday, since we were excited about the condo. She called us back about 15 minutes later and told us that she was leaving the seminar and that she would meet us at the condo, to look at it that afternoon. The rest is history. She drove to Estero to view the condo with us, and we made the offer thereafter. There were FOUR offers received that day. We are convinced that the condo would not have been available on Sunday, since we were told that our offer was slightly lower than another that was received on Saturday. The structure of the offer- thanks to Jerri- was what made the difference. But for her expertise, we might still be looking.
I happily give Jerri and Jesse Hannon 5 stars for their efforts. They candidly pointed out strengths and weaknesses of the various properties we toured, and they were knowledgeable about the costs to fix deficiencies and to make upgrades, so we had a good idea of what the total cost of the property should be.

In my experience with the Hannon group, I could not have been more pleased!! Jesse was the most patient person ever. He took us to so many properities and never once acted frustrated.. We have known him for about 4 years and have changed our minds so many times ad Jesse was very patient all the years we have delt with him.
My husband is blind and he had to take his time with him but he did so with the utmost care. I would recomend this team to anyone and have recomended them to many people.
