Recently my family and I had the pleasure of working with realtor Kailee Elmore of the Jeri Patrick team at Keller Williams in Savannah, Georgia. We were moving our family from New Jersey to Guyton, Georgia and it was a very involved and challenging process. But Kailee took care of us like we were family paying attention to every detail and answering all our questions, many times before we could even ask them. I dont even know where to begin. We closed today. Sold our house at 518 Amsonia Circle, Guyton. You should look at the write up and the pictures--wow, this is the advertising that you want! Every team member was phenomenal! Shout out to Kailee who was always there to help us! Jeri Patrick gave us the best advice, and listened to our needs and concerns every step of the way. You want a skilled professional when its your home! We are only giving 5 stars because it won't let us give them 6! BTW, we were under contract within 3 days with backup offers. We sold over asking price. Great experience!

I began searching for my new home twice this year. Both times I was excited to be working with a team that cared about my success as much as I did. I knew I made the right choice when Kailee was honest about whether a house seemed like it was for us or not. We were not just another sale to her. She took the time to hand select houses for us each week based on the details we loved the week before. We wanted a bonus room, lots of windows, and a big backyard. Something new each week. Because of her dedication, we closed yesterday on the perfect home with everything we asked for! Hi my name is Misty Dawn, I had the best experience working with Jeri and her team. Kaylee was always available, even answered the phone when she was clearly sick and should have been resting. They helped me walk through the process step by step, offered suggestions of how to help get the house under contract that I initiated and proved to sell my house faster. My home went on the market June 15th and we closed July 27th. And as much as I enjoyed working with them, they enjoyed working with me too. Jeri stood by me the entire way. My home purchase was anything but ordinary. Jeri and Stephanie did a great job selling my house. This was my first time selling a house and they had a very good first meeting in walking me through their process and explaining the logic behind their comparison analysis. This played a significant role in choosing to go with them over other realtors I was screening. They helped with staging for photos which came out very professional even though it was a rainy day. While on the market Stephanie was very responsive to texts and calls and I received automated dated each week detailing online viewing traffic. Once under contract, closing was stress free and Stephanie was available for any questions I had with documentation.
