Jerilyn Walter is a Southern California native, and she has called South Florida home for more than 20 years. During those years, she has successfully represented buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in the Delray Beach and surrounding areas. She has consistently been recognized as one of the top producers in the area and is well respected among her industry peers. Jerilyn's years of experience and strong knowledge of the area’s inventory and trends have increased her knowledge base and ability to listen, understand and provide the right marketing to sell your home and find the right property for your future home.
Her previous career includes being President of Medical Collection Services, Inc., leading to her appointment as a California State Receiver and as an Arizona State Appointed Trustee. She thoroughly understands the business of real estate and is competent and knowledgeable in all areas of real estate transactions, including document and proposal preparation, lease negotiations, new builder sales, investment properties, auctions, re-sales and both annual and seasonal rentals. Jerilyn understands the real estate market, property values, and how to successfully negotiate on your behalf.
In 2012, she successfully, opened and currently operates Posh Properties and has three offices and 32 active agents within her brokerage. She is on the Board of Directors for the College Bound Foundation, Chairman’s Club Delray Beach Chamber, and many other local area charities and organizations. These affiliations continue to educate and inform her on the area’s trends and developments.
