Jermaine was reliable, responsive, honest, and knowledgeable. He helped us navigate the home buying process as first time home buyers. Jermaine took the time to learn what we liked and wanted in a house. He identified quickly if he thought the house was a good fit or not. We know that we aren't in the usual area that he services, but he always made time to show us properties. If for some reason he couldn't make it, he always found someone who was available so we could still see the property/ properties on our schedule. 10/10 would recommend Jermaine! Super thankful that we worked with him as first time home buyers. When we need a realtor in the future, we will be using Jermaine! Thank you again for everything!

Where do I begin !!! I am a first time home homeowner and this experience has been nothing but great with Jermaine , he was patient with me answered all my questions even if it was late at night lol . He communicated with the sellers on my behalf went to inspections for me when I couldn’t make it. Professionalism at its best !! All around if I can give him more stars I would . This has been a very good experience for it being my very first time !!!

A mutual friend referred me to Jermaine Burge 😊 even tho it is a bidding war out their he never gave up on me even when he text me and asked if I was still looking I was a little frustrated due to trying to find the right home I told him I was going to wait. I finally found the perfect place and he assisted me step by step from beginning to end. He was available everytime I called and when I could not get him he would call me back immediately. The paperwork was on point which made it easy for the Loaner and seller. Not one time they had to wait on Jermaine. I highly recommend him. It was a pleasure me and my husband doing business with him 😊

HOWEVER, I did not want to miss the opportunity to give Jermaine the praises that he absolutely deserves. I was a first time home buyer and a nervous wreck. I had so many questions because I didn’t know what to expect with the process. Jermaine answered ALL of my questions and is a wealth of information. Any time I wanted to see a property he was able to make time for me and get us in. He was also very patient with me which I greatly appreciated. The market was and is still so crazy with people putting in offers way over asking price but Jermaine was determined to help find me the right property. It took us from April to December last year to find it but we did it and I am eternally grateful. I will not hesitate to refer any and everybody that I know that needs a realtor to Jermaine!!
