My husband and I are so glad to have had Jeroen as an agent for purchasing our first home! Jeroen was outgoing, easy to be around, and really took the time to get to know what we were interest in purchay. He has lots of experience and knowledge that he is happy to share. Jeroen made the home buying process so easy especially in this tough market. I was running out of time to find a home and within a short time he was able to help me buy the perfect home for my family. He helped with every aspect that made the buyer choose my offer other the other multiple offers my buyer had. He responded quickly every day of the week and is the most positive, friendly person to work with! I will always go to Jeroen with my buying/selling needs moving forward.

We knew selling our family home of 25 years was going to be emotional for us. So when we decided to sell we knew we were going to need a realtor that not only understood that, but respected and appreciated it. Jeroen was that realtor. He showed such an appreciation for being chosen as our listing agent. He actually said, “It is an honor to sell your house.” Jeroen is a genuine, honest professional with a work ethic that is second to none. Although he had tons of properties to sell, somehow he always managed to make us feel like his priority. He provided honest and specific guidance throughout the entire process. Our house was original as we did tons of custom work which meant it could have been a tough sell because a specific buyer would be needed. Well Jeroen found that buyer and within two weeks of listing, we were under agreement! Five weeks after that we were at the settlement table!
There are tons of realtors out there to choose from, but in our opinion, none better than Jeroen.

Jeroen was recommended by a friend and turned out to be the perfect agent! He worked incredibly hard on our behalf, and was responsive and really listened to what I was looking for. When we met, he had at least a dozen listings to discuss. During showings, he was knowledgable and helpful, often pointing out features and potential problems we would have missed. He was calm and firm during negotiations, and helped us get a great deal. His network of associates helped us close quickly and he did not flinch when we told him we were getting financed through an on-line company. He also recommended several local services (carpet cleaning, handyman, painter, etc.) who all did excellent work. He's more than an agent, he's now a personal friend and I would use him again and again!
