My opinion is other agents I have encountered could take lessons from Jerome. His advice to me about selling my home was the best advice I have ever received. When he indicated what time he would be at the house I was selling, he was right on time. I have already recommended him to two other people I know that are selling their home and I will definitely keep recommending him. Working with Jerome for my first home purchase could not have been a better experience. I was just beginning my search and in no hurry, and honestly not fully prepared for the whole purchase process, but then we found a home that we had to submit an offer on. I called him about another house,I told him in detailed what we needed and why.. He was so understanding, caring offered allot of advise. That house was not right BUT he took time to try and find several others..Showed me several.. Many where not in his area of handling, was kind enough to get us someone to show us them..
