Jerrica Moldowan has been in the real estate business for several years and has represented many buyers and sellers in a wide array of real estate transactions. Jerrica is a native of West Virginia and moved to Morgantown almost 20 years ago where she fell in love with this community. That passion inspired her to help others make this area their home.
Jerrica has integrity, energy, an outgoing personality and is a hard worker. She has a full time career at Howard Hanna Premier Properties. She is licensed in both West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Jerrica has been focused on educating herself more about the real estate industry. She has earned her GREEN Designation, GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) Designation which has made her better informed and up to date on the ever changing market. As the Director of Training and Development, Jerrica has used her years in real estate, her designations and her continued education development in our industry to train our sales associates. She is responsible for the creation, implementation and improvement of all real estate training efforts.
Jerrica is passionate about building up our community in Monongalia County. She serves on the board of The Pantry Plus More where they have in-school pantries. She also assists with the Mobile Food giveaways each month in various locations and helps The Pantry Plus More as a school representative.
Jerrica is devoted to God and her family. She and her family love to travel and make the time they have together count. They look forward to where the next adventure will take them
