My wife and I were looking to buy our first home shortly after moving to Little Rock from out of state. We set up a tour for a home through Zillow and it connected us with Jerry automatically. I feel that we were so lucky to have him assigned to us.

The first house we looked at, a realtor that works with Jerry (Elisabeth Burris) did the walk through with us. She was such a fun person to work with, very positive and definitely knew what she was doing. From that first walk through, they got a feel for what we were looking for, and arranged 7 viewings the next weekend. Every house they picked, matched everything we were looking for and we even found our perfect home!

After we picked our home is where I feel that Jerry and Elisabeth truly shined. As first time home buyers we didn't know all that much about the process, but they helped us out the entire way and never seemed annoyed or too busy to answer all of our questions. Even their recommendations for an inspector and lender were incredible and deserve 5 star reviews!

We've put off buying a home for quite some time because we worried about how stressful it is, but looking back on the entire process, Jerry and Elisabeth made it go quite easy and I cannot thank them enough!

Jerry was phenomenal at guiding me through the process of buying my first home!! Not only did he stop on his way back home from an out of state conference just to meet with me, he was always very involved and very attentive as we looked at home after home after home….after home after home... He got to know my style, my budget, and everything I was looking for in a forever home. He was always very upfront and honest about every question and concern I had. His ethics are above par. And the man has the patience of Job! He was non-plussed whenever I’d have one of several meltdowns first time homeowners have through the stress of buying a new home. When it’s time for me to buy another home, I’ll definitely reach out to Jerry again. I highly recommend him, if you want an honest, realistic, ethical and just all around great real estate agent. Jerry was excellent to work with. I live in the western states and worked mostly remotely with Jerry. Jerry was awesome to zoom with me to view the house and handle all of the meetings associated with the purchase. I flew out to see the property and Jerry was very hospitable and drove me all around Little Rock and was very generous with his time he dedicated to me. I have already referred Jerry to friends to help them find a home.

Jerry is a real estate agent who thinks like a lawyer because he’s a lawyer who sells real estate. Although I only contracted with him for real estate services, his diverse skill set informed the entire transaction. Jerry helped me close substantially below asking price, and I feel I got the property at a fair price. He helped me through issues of encroachment and easement as well as pointing out actions I could take now to avoid future hassle. He also does a great job plugging in clothes dryers when the socket is hard to reach.
