I met Jerry a few year ago while my sister was selling her house and my whole family was very impressed by his level of professionalism and charisma. When the time came to sell my house there was no decision to be made, Jerry was my go to.

When Jerry arrived to my house to view the property he had already prepared statements estimating the proceeds at different selling points based on the homes condition and comparable houses. As a customer, I really appreciated having on the spot estimates without going back and forth with an agent. Jerry was able to get us a fantastic offer on our house in a short time, which was more than I thought would be possible for a home like ours (a duplex). During the viewing/closing process Jerry was always available to answer any question we had and made the process very smooth.

Where to even begin with Jerry!? My wife and I hired Jerry 6 years ago, when searching for our first home. I remember the time fondly. From the moment I first reached out to Jerry about selling our home later that year, I knew that we were in good hands. Jerry brought a dogged persistence, keen professionalism and a sharp sense of humor to what would otherwise have been an extremely stressful process. Jerry's selling philosophy- that is, to highlight the most unique elements of a home and never shy away from them- brought to us a sense of optimism about our home that we had lost in the years leading up to this point. He was able to work with his partners to provide us clear, market-tested steps to prepare our home for sale and got it on the market at just the right time to take advantage of the aggressive environment with a listing that painted our home in a totally renewed light.
However, the experience, transparency and attention to detail that Jerry exhibited in the days to follow our house hitting the market are what truly let us know we had made the right choice. He kept in constant conversation with us on how to interpret offers, temper expectations and when to accept what's in front of you rather than hinging on hypotheticals. He never pulled a punch to make a quick buck. We were able to sell our home that was stuck on the market for seven months before we bought it- in only two days. To add to that, our low equity made us concerned we would have to "pay in" to sell the house. On the contrary, we were able to sell for $60,000 more than what we had anticipated before giving Jerry a call.

I met Jerry Riggleman when he showed me a house he had listed. I was impressed with his thoroughness and decided to call him when the next house came on the market I wanted to see. It turned out this was a great decision. Throughout my house hunting process Jerry was responsive every time I called him. If he didn’t answer my call he was back to me within an hour. No matter what he had going on he found time to set up an appointment to get me into any house I wanted to see quickly (knowing that the good homes often go under contract fast). Background of my story: My fiance and I were actively looking for a house for 11 months with a different realtor in a well known realtor company that I will not mention. After a few months in it started to get old, they wouldn't do any work all's they would do is send us emails and we would pick which houses we wanted to see, and even then he would schedule us for a few days after that, which his availability was terrible, we were getting very frustrated because homes we were actually interested in would sell before we got to see them, he wouldn't explain anything to us when we were first time home buyers, we were lost and needed guidance. We were fed up with the other realtor. Then one day we met Jerry! We immediately switched to him as our realtor and the other realtor wondered why? And all's I could think was are you serious? We've been looking for a year for a home! Anyways, we met Jerry and EVERYTHING changed. He would send us homes based on the area we wanted, how many beds and bathrooms we wanted, the yard we wanted, and I would text him and he would get us into those homes THAT DAY or at our soonest available time. It was a game changer for us. Why didn't I know about Jerry sooner!! After only 3 weeks he found our dream home and we are now living happily in our new home. We are very happy it all worked out. Jerry is hysterical and makes the home searching process fun and exciting. He is also very knowledgeable, he sure does know his stuff and will dig deep to find out questions you may have about a certain house. He contacts listing agents and will go the extra mile to do what ever he can for you. He is always in touch with you and responds in a fast manner. His mortgage loan officer Mike is very kind and knowledgeable as well. He will go the extra mile and when Jerry calls him at night saying he needs numbers ran on a house for clients Mike jumps on his computer and boom you have numbers ran on a house to see roughly what your mortgage would be.
