About Jesica

In 2014, Jesica returned to Central Oregon to her roots and be closer to her family. Shortly thereafter, she joined her father, Jerry Hicks, in his successful real estate business. Fay Ranches’ Hicks Team has represented buyers and sellers on some of the finest ranch, farm, recreational, and luxury properties in Central and Eastern Oregon. Although Jesica has the knowledge and experience from assisting Jerry on transactions involving large working ranches, farms, and timberland, she enjoys and specializes in equestrian properties, small hobby ranches, and luxury homes.

Jesica grew up in the rural community of Prineville, located in Central Oregon. The great outdoors was her backyard, where she spent most of her free time as a kid. Always with a sense of adventure, Jesica moved to Southern California when she was 21 to experience the city lifestyle. It was there that she attended the University of California – Irvine and studied Criminology, Law, and Society. After college, she pursued her passion within the fashion and apparel industry, where she gained years of experience in management, customer service, operations, and sales. These skills have proven to have a significant impact on the success of her real estate career.
