Kelly and Jessica have been so wonderful with our family throughout the whole process of purchasing our house. My husband and I have loved to work with them, they both have great qualities and make an awesome team! One of many things that we loved about Kelly and Jessica was that they truly wanted the best for us and our family- we knew we were in good hands! They both work so hard, are patient and incredibly honest!

Jess was absolutely the best realtor I could have hoped for. She was receptive to my wife and my wants but had the breadth of knowledge of the area to steer us away from any potential bad deals. Jess was always looking out for us and showed immense integrity, not shying away from telling us the bad as well as the good when pursuing the houses we were interested in. It always felt like she was looking out for us like a sister rather than a realtor. Jess didn’t hesitate to show houses in a moments notice when a schedule showing opened up, rushing all over town and doing it all while 8 months pregnant. She is an absolute super star and I can not recommend her enough. I’m definitely going to go to her when it’s time to sell my house!

Jessica and her team have become a part of our family and we wouldn't trust anyone else. She went above and beyond to develop a partnership even taking charge of a bathroom remodel before she listed our home. Her attention to detail was very impressive whether staging our home, coordinating repairs, or yard cleanup. She sees something and reacts immediately to get it resolved. She was able to sell our home in the midst of a pandemic and took every measure to keep hand sanitizer, masks and shoe covers by the front door to ease our minds and protecting others as well. Jessica was so professional to work with and would highly recommend her to prospective buyers or sellers.

Besides just getting the best possible deal for her clients, Jessica also has a voice. With her expertise and on-top-of-it-all mentality and work ethic, Jessica does not miss a thing! On multiple occasions on both the purchase and sale of our home, Jessica's persistence, knowledge, and experience came together to catch important details that were falling through the cracks on the other side of the transaction. Most recently, as we transitioned our family from Wichita to Kansas City, Jessica went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure we received top dollar for our sale. She also had the incredible forward thinking to arrange a fabulous short term rental for our family, knowing that market was hot and our house would move fast. From giving us a pre-listing "honey-do" list, to staging, to making sure our pictures were perfect, to getting our house on the market as quickly as possible, and finally handling all of the communication and negotiations....Jess is TOP NOTCH!!
