A Little About Me
Hi there! I'm Jessica Baltazar, and I'm so glad you're here. I truly love what I do, helping people navigate the exciting world of real estate right here in Sioux Falls. I earned my real estate license in 2015 and then my broker's license in 2023, and since then, it's been my joy to serve this community. I'm deeply involved in our local real estate family, currently serving on the REALTORS Association of the Sioux EmpireBoard of Directors, as Vice Chair of the Government Affairs Committee, and on the Education Committee at the state level. Giving back is important to me, and I've also been part of the MLS committee and proudly served as President of Realtors for Kids.
Sioux Falls isn't just where I work; it's home. I grew up here, and sharing my passion for this wonderful city with you is one of my favorite parts of the job. Real estate runs in my family – I followed in the footsteps of my grandfather, Bob, and my mother, Beth, joining them at Jamison Company Real Estate. Before finding my calling in real estate, I actually pursued a different dream! I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2011 and even opened my own restaurant, Bur Sel. That experience taught me so much about attention to detail and providing exceptional service, skills I bring to every real estate transaction.
Beyond Houses & Homes
When I'm not helping clients, my life is filled with the warmth of my family and favorite activities. I'm happily married to Ryan, who is a dedicated police officer. Our two young children bring so much joy and energy into our home! You might find me out on the tennis courts, enjoying a good match, or getting my hands dirty in my new vegetable garden – it's a bit of a new adventure for me, but I'm loving it! I also enjoy a round of golf, even if I'm not quite ready for the pro tour yet!
