Personally, Jessica is a seasoned investor who owns single-family homes, short-term rentals, and condos in Texas and Colorado. Jessica purchased her first property in the late 90s with her earnings as a swim instructor while attending the University of Texas at Austin on an athletic scholarship for the Lady Longhorns Swim Team. After graduating with honors, she sold the property and used the proceeds to purchase two investment properties, in the process realizing her professional calling as a Realtor® and Broker. Jessica understands the value of a real estate investment in a way that few can articulate, using her intuition to maximize returns for her clients.
In her off hours, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Gabe Bruehl. Jessica and Gabe have 3 boys who attend Eanes ISD. Weekends for the family are often filled with going to sporting events, boating on Lake Austin or Lake Travis, attending charity functions as well as getting the boys into the family business by stopping by their rental properties or checking on clients’ properties.
