Jessica Duzan

Her real estate career began in 2009 with investment properties which led to her becoming a full-time licensed Broker in 2016. Jessica is extremely dedicated to her clients, making their sale or purchase her number one priority. She works with both buyers and sellers in Bloomington-Normal and surrounding areas, specializing in investment real estate, rural properties, and first-time buyers. Her down-to-earth personality and client-driven focus allows her to connect with her clients on all aspects of buying or selling; running numbers, answering late night texts to help calm nerves, accomodating hectic schedules, and everything in between. She loves what she does and it shows!

Born and raised in McLean County, Jessica grew in Lexington and now resides in Bloomington. In Lexington Jessica grew up on her family's cattle farm and still enjoys helping out there in her spare time. She loves to be outdoors, traveling, managing her investment properties, and her dog, Bear.
