About Jessica

Jessica has been a licensed Real Estate Salesperson & REALTOR-ASSOCIATE since 2007. She is a graduate of East Carolina University with a major in Business & Communications.
Jessica found her love for real estate during her first career of five years in Public Relations & Marketing that took her from New York City to Chicago and back to New Jersey.

After graduating college, she joined a high-end & demanding corporate job in the Public Affairs division at one of the largest international PR agencies where she helped manage high-end large real estate clients & projects for accounts including Mack-Cali, Lefrak & Xanadu, to name a few.
She later moved on to internal PR for non-profit organizations that served the Real Estate industry including the National Kitchen & Bath Association where she helped coordinate and execute events, marketing & PR for the nation’s largest trade show & convention (KBIS).

From there, Jessica met her match when she landed a job at the New Jersey Association of REALTORS. Here she developed content for the NEW JERSEY REALTOR magazine, website & marketing materials, coordinated press interviews and helped facilitate and execute the Triple Play REALTOR Convention & Trade Show. She learned the ins and outs behind the scenes of Real Estate from a REALTOR and consumers perspective by meeting members and leadership, as well as direct buyers and sellers. She quickly knew this job was meant to be to transition her to her dream career as a real estate agent.

In order to obtain her license, Jessica took a new PR job at a high-end boutique agency and obtained her real estate license by attending school for hours on weekends. She became a part-time agent all while having a demanding full-time job finding the time and a way to sell residential real estate nights and weekends in Hoboken.
Within just weeks, Jessica turned 3 Hoboken renters into buyers including one for $1.9 million, all while the financial markets had collapsed and the real estate market was crashing. She survived and thrived as a new agent in one of the most turbulent times and soon enough she was able to resign from her Senior Account Executive position (just before being promoted to Vice President) as she knew selling real estate would be her forever job there on out.

Having worked and lived in Hoboken for 14 years as a licensed Salesperson specializing in waterfront homes along the “Gold Coast” in Hudson County, Jessica earned numerous “Circle of Excellence” awards, sold many high-profile homes, and worked & learned from many of the top agents in the country along the way.

In the fall of 2020, Jessica moved to the Jersey Shore in pursuit of a new challenge to sell “houses” vs “condos.” In just 1 year from starting her business and new client base from scratch in Ocean & Monmouth Counties Jessica sold more than $10 million in properties and currently has a pipeline of more than $8 million in pending sales and active listings already for 2022.
Many of Jessica’s clients benefit from her long-term and extensive contacts from Hudson County & North Jersey where many buyers come from for their search for summer, beach, and retirement homes. That leverage along with her experience in a Northern Jersey real estate environment, Jessica knows how to move & work quickly as she is used to selling in a very fast-paced environment. Her clients get access and exposure on not only the Ocean/Monmouth MLS but the Hudson County MLS as well.
She is highly determined, hardworking and confident. Her clients know they can be assured that they will get the highest quality service and attention on any real estate transaction she works on.

On the side of her real estate career, Jessica enjoys staying active having trained and completed 3 marathons (one as a volunteer running with an Achille’s athlete from Norway), the NYC Triathlon and numerous half-marathons. She is the youngest of 4 siblings, has 10 nieces & nephews and enjoys her close group of long-term friendships since pre-school. Her winters include ski trips and summers living life at the Jersey Shore – kayaking, beach days, boating and loving life living on the water… just like many of her clients.
