Jessica Flannery has called Southern Vermont home since 2015 after relocating from Central Massachusetts and brings a deep appreciation for the region’s community, lifestyle, and natural beauty.
Licensed in Real Estate since 2020, Jessica also offers over 20 years of experience in customer service and hospitality, along with a background in property management and rentals. She is known for her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach and her ability to guide clients through each step of the buying and selling process with clarity and care. Jessica especially enjoys working with first-time home buyers and helping them feel confident and informed throughout their journey.
Jessica is also a licensed massage therapist and has facilitated wellness groups, classes, and retreats, bringing a grounded, client-centered perspective to her work. She holds the At Home With Diversity (AHWD) designation from the National Association of REALTORS® and was honored with the 2022 Good Neighbor Award from SCVBR.
Deeply involved in her community, Jessica spent 10 years as Assistant Director of the Winhall Community Arts Center, where she supported programming centered around the arts, wellness, and community. Outside of real estate, she enjoys hiking, attending live music, creating art, and volunteering locally.
