My husband and I loved working with Jessica (our kids loved her too!)
We were making a huge decision to move out of state and leave a home we loved in Conifer. Jessica was open and easy to talk to about our concerns with listing our house and making the move.
Jessica was very helpful throughout the entire process from listing the house, prepping the house for photos, holding an open house, reviewing offers, and all the way past closing.
We would recommend Jessica to anyone! She knows the foothill area very well.

Jessica was such a very professional realtor, at any time that I reached out to her and had to leave a message, she returned the call the same day or txt me. She always let me know when somebody was going to take a look at our property and kept us informed of what they thought. If you are looking for a realtor, she would be the one for you!

I highly recommend Jessica. I contacted Jessica after I made the difficult decision that I needed to downsize my home for a smaller place easier for me to maintain. We looked at several places as she got to know me and was able to find a great place in a good location at a good price. She went over and above in helping me to get settled in my new place while getting my house ready to list. She has to be doing something right, as she presented me with an excellent offer in 3 days!
