Jessica was incredibly helpful with all of our housing needs. As a service member who pcs'ed to Virginia in short notice and a first time house buyer she greatly helped me every step of the way. She gave great advice for the decisions i made. From finding the house to shooting an offer to the seller to reading and signing paperwork and eventually closing, she was there every step of the process guiding and helping me. I am really grateful for her help and highly recommend her services.

Jessica has made selling our home in Franklin so evertlessly. We had a relator prier to Jessica (6 months) and she was so horrible we started to feel so defeated. We heard about Jessica through a very close military friend Ashley. She spoke to highly about Jessica. We called her up and set up a date to meet with her. She came prepared! Very respectful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. She new what she was talking about and explained everything very detailed and also showed us everything on her computer so we could see numbers in black in white. She made sure we understood everything before moving on to the next section. Her patience's with our questions and concerns was such a relief. She had and answer for everything with no hesitation. She is very quick with responding to phone calls, text and emails. Her dedication to our family was above and beyond anything we expected. Jessica is amazing, kind communication was 100%. Her knowledge of all things real estate is impressive, accurate and transparent. We felt so safe with her that we went on vacation a few days before she listed our home for sale and left everything in her hands. Any questions that we had she was always responsive and honest. Any issues that came up she took care of. We never had to worry about anything. Thank you doesn’t even begin to cover how grateful we are that are home sold so smoothly for more than we asked for. Jessica is an amazing realtor. My experience with her was top notch. There whole selling experience was stress free and a very easy process with her. She took care of setting up all showings, scheduling, and the offer/bidding process. We had 19 offers come in and she weeded through them and gave me the top choices and met all my terms. She is very communicative and informative.

I recommend Jessica Hayes as anyone's realtor. She is very truthful. She will let you know whether or the property you are looking is of a great value or purchase. She is up front and honest about the property and it's hidden problems that need to be addressed before you purchase it.
