I can't say enough how grateful I am to have had Jessica as our agent. Market conditions were rough and inventory was limited but that didn't stop Jessica. We were very particular about our needs but with her creativity and tenacity, she found us the perfect home that wasn't even on the market! The transaction itself couldn't have been smoother and everything seemed to go off without a hitch. This was not our first home purchase but it was definitely the easiest. We really felt like she was advocating for us every step of the way and keeping the process moving as swiftly as possible. I would recommend Jessica to anyone looking to buy or sell. She is one of a kind!

Jessica was absolutely amazing with the whole house purchasing process! She insured my safety by reading over everything regarding the home I purchased. She is extremely detail oriented and asked questions I would never have thought of. She also, with grace, kindness, and intelligence kept me on track and helped me find outside help for potential repairs.

It was such a pleasure working with Jessica! She was very responsive at all times, evenings & weekends! I felt so comfortable with her, and even when our plan changed mid way through she was always involved in every step and was willing to work with me and my family to find us the perfect home! We are new to the area and didn’t plan on buy property. Thing change. Lol We did know exactly what we wanted. Or where exactly it would be. We had a map circle that changed a bit. Jessica Hill was so patient with us. She helped us through our journey to figure out what we were looking for by process of elimination.. She was great we would so use her again! She also helped use with Directions on who to talk to him where to go being that we decided we are going to build something small instead of buying something with something on it definitely different for us. Buying a house three different times is alot different than buying land that you need to put things on it’s been working out really good and we so appreciate her. If your looking for whatever type of property she can help.

Jessica worked diligently with us to purchase our first home in a extremely challenging market. On top of the market we were prequalified for an FHA loan which added to the struggle. She never gave up on us! She answered every question we had and if she didn’t know the answer to a question she would find out and get back to us ASAP. She was readily available to look at houses around our schedules and went out of her way to help us any way she could. We were able to purchase our first home and we couldn’t have done it without her:). She’s an amazing human and realtor!!
